Here's my response to THE PINK WAVE that has overcome my world lately.  
All over deviantART, Facebook, newspapers, PINK, PINK AND MORE PINK ! I mean, there are other colors to celebrate love ! LOTS of awesome colors ! People who make these designs are graphists and have no excuse. Stuff is aimed at couples, right ? Well, Im in a couple and I'm very much in love. And all this pink everywhere makes me want to puke even though it's not a color I dislike.

That being said. This drawing was meant to test my new awesome Pablo Caran d'Ache colored pencils box that I got for Christmas and hadn't used yet. They feel quite different from Prismacolors - less greasy and they blend less - and I really enjoyed them. We shall be good friends. Ah also I got a new scanner (Canon Lide 120) and it's infinitely better than my old all-in-one HP printer-scanner. I had no idea it was even possible to scan without having to re-draw all the colors in afterwards  

This is a not-serious-at-all drawing with no reference or effort whatsoever, but it was fun  
I think it took something like two hours overall. I didn't scan the lineart because I was afraid that I wouldn't color it if I did xD

Also you guys need to teach me a way to cheat-add backgrounds behind pencil drawings like this.
